Parent Support / Family Counseling

Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is an evidence-based treatment effective for resolving emotional difficulties caused by disturbing, difficult, or frightening life experiences. EMDR therapy helps resolve the troubling thoughts and feelings related to distressing memories.
EMDR Therapy
Counseling can be beneficial for teens for a variety of reasons, whether your adolescent is experiencing a crisis, family conflict, academic difficulties, feeling depressed, anxious, or experiencing trouble with
relationships. A variety of treatment modalities including traditional talk therapy, activity therapy, sand tray, and expressive arts are used to allow your teens to explore their feelings, find clarity, and develop better ways to cope with challenges.
Teen Counseling

Play Therapy is a form of counseling that helps children learn to identify, express, and cope with feelings. It’s an evidence-based treatment method that responds to the unique developmental needs of young children who express themselves better through play activities than talking. A specific set of materials, toys, and other creative activities are used to help children better express their feelings and discover new ways to work through problems, communicate, identify and express feelings, modify behavior, improve self-confidence, and develop problem-solving skills.
